Since our beginnings as a company in 1996, Westmana Development Corp has been committed to sustainable development that balances the fulfillment of human needs with the protection of the natural environment.
Rene David and Willie Kwun are the principals of Westmana, a privately held company with headquarters in Vancouver. We are actively involved in the communities in which we live and work.
In Squamish and the Sea to Sky corridor, in Greater Vancouver and Whistler, in the Okanagan, Vancouver Island and the Fraser Valley, Westmana’s emphasis on function, excellence and responsible development has delivered new single-family, residential apartments, town homes, live-work spaces, commercial property and seniors’ housing that are both innovative and functional, with exceptional design, solid construction and quality finishes.
Westmana is currently developing over 77.9 acres of urban land with a combined total of 3.5 million buildable feet of space, including over 3,400 residential units.
