Who we are

Since 1996, discerning home buyers have known Westmana to be the Real Estate Developer of top-quality and affordable residential properties.

In Squamish and the Sea to Sky corridor, in Greater Vancouver and Whistler, Westmana’s emphasis on function, excellence and responsible development has delivered new single-family, residential apartments, town homes and duplex homes that are both innovative and functional, with exceptional design, solid construction and quality finishes. Our homes are backed by third party 2/5/10 warranty insurance.

Since its inception, the team at Westmana has also been involved with the development of commercial and industrial property development, real estate investment, seniors’ housing and property management as well.

While we bring many years of combined experience to each new project, we see each project as a new challenge to be met with enthusiasm, creativity, sustainability and professional skill. Westmana’s commitment to excellence in every detail has earned us a reputation for quality construction, personalized service and integrity in everything we do.

From site acquisition through to completion, Westmana has access to resources, experience and expertise to successfully complete all facets of the development process.

Westmana is a privately held company. Its principals are Rene David and Willie Kwun.
