It is important that both views to and from Ocean's Gateway are considered. To this end, the building massing and siting, the water’s edge structures and street alignments have all been composed to take advantage of the distinctive views of mountains and sea. The composition of building height, materiality and the design of marine structures will be governed by the architect and designed to present a unique and beautiful urban form to arrivals by sea and land.
